Wellbeing for Women

This support group is for women who may be experiencing difficult times or finding it hard to cope. We look at a range of different issues that raise awareness of mental health and promote positive wellbeing. It is an opportunity to share experiences, discover ways to stay well, and make friends.

Each session is a mixture of discussion and activities in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

The group is facilitated by Dianne, the Healthy Minds support groups worker.

The sessions are free and refreshments are provided.

The group meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 2.00pm – 4.00pm

Crisis Pregnancy Care is a charity established in 2007 to help women in crisis due to pregnancy or pregnancy loss. We are from all kinds of backgrounds with the single aim of being there to support people whatever the need may be.

We are open Mondays 12-2pm and Thursdays 2-4pm for drop-in. Counselling clients can make appointments to see us at other times, depending on when the room is available. If you have clothes or baby equipment to donate, please email us or call our mobile. If you need to talk to us, we are available on the mobile 24/7 for free confidential support.
