Pennine Housing 2000, which managed homes in Calderdale, merged into the Together Housing Group and subsequently became part of Together Housing Association Ltd in April 2016. It now operates under the Together Housing brand, which manages over 10,000 homes in the area and continues to invest in new housing developments.
Merger and Rebranding: Pennine Housing 2000 joined with other associations to form the Together Housing Group. As of April 2017, it adopted the Together Housing name and logo for its services.
Operations in Calderdale: Together Housing continues to manage over 10,000 properties in Calderdale, with the majority of properties being allocated through the local choice-based lettings scheme.
Investments: Together Housing partners with Calderdale Council for initiatives like the Calderdale and Together Housing Investment Partnership (CTHIP), aimed at developing new affordable homes.
Relationship Continuity: The merger was designed to improve efficiency, but tenancy agreements, staff, and services remained consistent with the previous Pennine Housing structure.
