The NHS in Calderdale recognises that each year nearly a quarter of us have difficulties with common psychological problems such as anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, phobias and anger, as well as problems with regards to relationships, work or debt.
Because these difficulties have a considerable impact on our lives, Calderdale Talking Therapies has been commissioned to make the appropriate help more easily available to those who need it. Calderdale Talking Therapies is part of Insight Healthcare, a not-for-profit organisation and experienced provider of talking therapy services, on behalf of the NHS.

If you have clothes or baby equipment to donate, please email us or call our mobile. If you need to talk to us, we are available on the mobile 24/7 for free confidential support.
