The “Abstinence Group” is the recovery phase of the TBRP Recovery Programme: Recovery Phase Is a twenty four session rolling programme which you enter following the Pre-Recovery or Detoxification phase. Now that the physical dependency of your addiction has been addressed we take an in-depth look at the mental and emotional aspects. *Breakfast on Thursday is a Healthy Breakfast option. The Basement provides twice weekly drop-ins for food to those who are socially excluded or homeless. Many are single, without dependent children, so they come bottom of the housing list. With low confidence and self-esteem, low skills, lack of employment, dependent on drugs and alcohol, poor mental and physical health and insufficient access to appropriate housing, they find it almost impossible to move on with their life.
